You harvest what you plant!

Yesterday I experienced something that really made me think : “Well, no wonder…”.

I was parking in the parking lot in front of the hardware store. As soon as I turned off the engine I heard the sound of a car radio turned up to max volume. Mind you I hadn’t opened my car door yet and (as I then discovered) the doors to the car with the radio on were all closed, too. So I’m sure you can imagine how loud it must have been.

Anyway, while I was getting out of the car, thinking what an @sshole – and just out of curiousity – trying to identify the car, I see a woman coming out of the store and walking towards the car that was the source of the loud volume, where a teenager was sitting in the front passenger seat.

So I was convinced that once the “Mom” entered the car she would give her “son” (that’s the way I identified them) sh*t for turning up the volume.
But no! She just got in the car, took a few seconds to fire up the engine and drove off with the music still at 1000 DB.

And then people complain about the younger generations!

No wonder… remember: You harvest what you plant!
