Google Cloud Print with your android phone

What I couldn’t do with my 400 Euro Iphone, I can do with my 129 Euro Samsung Galaxy Chat:

The magic word is Google Cloud Print. I just installed the Android Cloud Print App , set up my printer in Chrome and voilà… I was able to print my grocery shopping list. Something I’ve been longing to do for years. And all I needed to do was get another phone :-I

Paste into twitter app Galaxy Chat

Am trying to figure out how to paste in the twitter app. Any other place I just need to touch the screen, hold down and the paste icon appears. But in the twitter message box it just doesn’t appear! Have know idea how to do it. There should be some shortkey…. since it’s a qwerty smartphone after all. Hope to update soon.

Synching iphone contacts to Gmail

I had a problem synching my iphone contacts through Itunes to my gmail account. I found out that on your iphone you first have to disable the icloud synch of your contacts. Just a tidbit… took me a while to figure out!

Shortcut silent mode Galaxy chat

As my first tidbit… a shortcut for putting your Galaxy Chat in silent mode, slide down the notifications at the top of the homepage and you’ll find the Volume icon. Touch it to set it to vibration, touch again for mute and the third touch sends it back to normal volume.
